Plant medicine belongs to the people. Healing knowledge can be passed down and engaging the healer in you is the mission of this course.
We are starting our foraging season right before mushroom season kicks off. This year we are going to focus on mushroom identification edibility and medicinal use. To learn mushrooms without including trees is simply unthinkable. You will learn how to identify trees, the medicine it holds and its relationship with the mushrooms. As always we will go into the medicine making of mushrooms which is different from the herbs. You will also learn how to take spore print.
This is an 8 weeks course teaching you how to identify mushrooms, trees and edible plants in your area.
Learn to reconnect with nature and its rhythm.
It doesn't matter whether you live in the mountain, in the city or farm plants are all around us.
Not only will you learn about foraging and how to do it ethically. You will also learn herbalism and how to apply that to your garden harvest. Learning how to turn your harvest into powerful medicine. We will dive into the research of the herbs and learn how to properly make medicine, dosage and how to pick which herbs for our conditions.
